SATA Crimp-Connector
These 3 original (!) MOLEX SATA Crimp-Connector come with 30 SATA crimp-terminals - quality at its best. With these you can design your SATA power cables to go straight into your HDD, SSD and other SATA drives.
One SATA connector is made for 5 SATA crimp-contacts. I include 10 crimp-contacts per connector for you, because you shouldn't sit there and have a problem just because you only had 5 crimps, when you mess up something :)
Is Crimping complicated?
After a few tries and with a good crimping tool, you will have learned it. Put the crimp contact into the bigger opening of the tool - until the flaps at the back of the contact are just before the part on the inside of the opening where it gets narrower. Then you close the crimping tool until it "clicks" the first or second time. With the removed cable insulation on a length of 2 - 3 mm you push the cable into the back of the crimp contact. Then you close the tool completely.
The tool will open when it is closed to its maximum OR earlier if you push forward the small lever on the inside of the lower grip, while you have a little bit of closing force applied.
