Snap-Caps SMALL for M3 and UNC6-32 screws.
With the Snap-Caps you can hide screw heads in a beautiful way - if you like to hide them of course. These also fit perfectly onto my cable-clips, because the radius of the cap matches the radius of a cable-clip, as the pictures on the left show you. You can also use them as a cover for the motherboard-standoffs which stick out at the backside of the motherboard tray, by using a nut to fix the washer. The applications of Snap-Caps are only limited by your imagination.
The principle in general is simple and bulletproof: You first install the Snap-Cap washer by using a screw or a nut. Then you push the Snap-Cap cap onto the washer. The connection is extremely stable. You likely need to use a plier to take the cap off of the washer. Cover the tips of your plier with heatshrink to protect the surface of the cap and also the surface of your system. The picture on the left shows it.
