Hello, this is Nils, you might have heard of me :)
Many love what I do and because of that, I can't have MDPC opened for 24 hours per day.
This is the only compromise I make, so the rest always stays "no compromise" :)
Why don't you open for 24 hours,
like every other shop on this planet?
Sure, I could transform MDPC into a bigger company, sell more, earn more, begin to compromise on products and service, give my products to resellers etc., ... but turning MDPC into "just another average company" is not what I want! I am Nils, not a "shop" :)
So I do it my way and limit my daily workload. The next time and date is always announced - as you can see below. Be there on the minute and you will find MDPC-X open - guaranteed!
I vary the times day by day, so everyone should find his/her suitable time in the upcoming days. Everyone who really wants to get MDPC, will get MDPC. :)

How can I plan my order and look at the products,
while MDPC-X isn't open?
1. Just go to the German MDPC-X website and look around: de.mdpc-x.com
Remember that you can NOT order or register in the German store, if you are NOT from Germany! :)
2. The prices, which you see in the German store, always include 19% VAT.
3. If you are from the European-Union:
Your prices will always include 19% VAT. The product prices in the international store are identical to the prices you see in the German store.
4. If you are NOT from the European-Union (EU):
Once you are registered and logged in (!) here at the international MDPC store, you will see 19% cheaper prices (compared to the product prices in the German store), because non-Europeans do NOT need to pay any VAT and therefore it will not be included in the prices anymore :)
What shall I do first,
when the store is open?
1. You should register.
During registration I recommend that you use your email-address as your username. This guarantees that your username is not already taken by someone else. So use your email-address as username :)
2. If the registration-form was filled out correctly AND your username is not already taken by someone else, the registration step is completed. After a successful registration, you will be automatically logged in and find yourself on the start-page of MDPC-X.
IMPORTANT: Whenever you have placed an order, please always check your Spam-Email folders for my emails too, because sometimes my emails land in spam. You should never miss my shipping-emails and other emails, so always check your spam-email folders too :)
